• Regular Bookings – 24-hour (twenty-four hour) notice is required to cancel dog walking services, pet care check-in services, overnight pet care services, pet taxi and transportation services, and home care service.  There will be a 50% charge for services canceled within 24-hours

• Holiday Bookings – Five (5) day cancellation is required.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days.  This is a busy time of year and spots fill up fast.

• No Call/No Show – If you fail to contact me and don’t show for the scheduled service, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
